These recordings are ideal for use in Hebrew, Aramaic, or Greek classes in any theological school, as well as for personal use by any student of the biblical languages. Every theological library will want to purchase a copy of the entire Bible recorded by Dr. Tyler. Write to us at biblicalinguist@gmail.com.
Hebrew Bible: Here is a recent comment by Steven Charles Ger, director of Sojourner Ministries: "I just wanted to tell you how much I have been enjoying the Hebrew Bible CDs. They are a great aid to my Bible study and even serve as a check on my own pronunciation."
Greek New Testament: The following comments are from my good friend Donald Potter:
Today I was listening to the recording you made of Ephesians. I have listened to it countless times. It has been a great blessing to me. This morning I listened to the first three chapters. It was almost as if I were listening to it in English as far as comprehension went. I almost wept when you read Paul’s prayer in Ephesians three. Tell your Greek students to listen to lots of Greek because the EAR is the organ of language learning. Your crisp, precise Erasmian pronunciation is almost like looking right at the text with every letter in place.
In addition, you can listen to longer passages on the following website: http:donpotter.net. Once you are there, click on Hebrew or Greek and scroll down to Dr. Tyler's recordings.
