Hebrew-Greek Audio Bible

Hebrew:  Dr. Tyler speaks fluent Hebrew without an accent.  In fact, when he has been in Israel, he has sometimes been taken for a native Israeli.

Dr. Tyler reads the Old-Testament or Tanakh (תנ"ך) text with a precision you won't hear anywhere else.  He pronounces every aleph and every he except for the quiescent ones.You'll hear every dagesh forte geminated (doubled).  You can even hear the dagesh forte in resh and tsadi on these recordings!  Further, Dr. Tyler pronounces heth and ayin just like oriental Jews.

He attempts to not to read so fast that a beginner can't follow, though he reads with a fluency that an advanced student of biblical Hebrew can appreciate.

Greek (The Greek New Testament):  Dr. Tyler has recorded the entire Greek New Testament and offers it for sale on three MP3 disks.

 Dr. Tyler uses the Erasmian pronunciaation, more precise than the modern-Greek pronunciation.  Yet the pronunciation he uses is authentic Greek pronunciation or accent.  Dr. Tyler's Erasmian accent has been called "natural native speaker" pronunciation.  While using the precision of Erasmian, he doesn't sacrifice euphony.

 Dr. Tyler attempts not to read too fast, so that a beginner can follow.  Yet the reading is fast enough so that an intermediate or advanced student of New-Testament Greek can appreciate these recordings.
